Optional addendum: decision-support validation

This vertical example is optional, requires explicit adopter selection and does not define normative S4U core semantics. Removing it does not affect the universal release-validation protocol. Sector obligations, authority, retention and acceptance criteria require qualified project decisions.

In a regulated decision-support system, an officer-facing screening result may distinguish completed no-findings, incomplete screening, unavailable evidence and an approved determination. An empty list alone cannot establish that screening completed; a model suggestion or successful request cannot establish officer approval. Define these meanings in the project contract and pin independently reviewed cases.

Compare authoritative case evidence → response payload → actual officer-facing text/visual cues, generated reports and applicable emitted events. Exercise a completed benign case, an adverse case and missing/partial assessment without copying customer records. Recovery/resend routes need the applicable primary-path protections and permissible documented exceptions, not an assumed blanket bypass.

Trust Relay is a named reference context for the pattern, not a kit dependency. Supplied observations and measurements are not independently reproduced outcomes or compatibility evidence. Synthetic kit fixtures are not verified captured production goldens. No private records, endpoints, credentials or deployment claims are supplied.
